近日，GENMA在阿根廷圣尼古拉斯港順利完成了一期特殊的 O&M（操作與維護(hù)）培訓(xùn)課程。培訓(xùn)對(duì)象為港口現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的GHC34RE1軌道式移動(dòng)港口起重機(jī)操作員與維護(hù)人員。

值得一提的是，這兩臺(tái)設(shè)備于2020年交付客戶使用，至今已平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行六年。而GENMA依然在為這臺(tái)設(shè)備提供系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)支持，持續(xù)賦能客戶團(tuán)隊(duì)，保障設(shè)備的安全、高效運(yùn)行。

本次培訓(xùn)由GENMA哥倫比亞工程師Nossa先生主導(dǎo)執(zhí)行。他在社交平臺(tái)上分享了培訓(xùn)收官時(shí)的感言：

“看到學(xué)員們盡職盡責(zé)、學(xué)有所成，是一件令人欣慰的事。能夠與這樣一群兼具專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與人文溫度的團(tuán)隊(duì)相識(shí)、互動(dòng)，是無(wú)價(jià)的財(cái)富。作為培訓(xùn)引導(dǎo)者，我也從他們身上學(xué)到了很多，并盡力在安全與質(zhì)量管理的流程優(yōu)化上貢獻(xiàn)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)?！?/span>

Six Years On, Service Never Stops: GENMA Completes O&M Training in Argentina

Recently, GENMA successfully completed a specialized Operation & Maintenance (O&M) training session at Puerto San Nicolás, Argentina. The training was designed for operators and maintenance personnel working with the GHC34RE1 rail-mounted mobile harbor cranes at the port.

What makes this session particularly noteworthy? The cranes were delivered to the customer back in 2020 and have been operating smoothly for six years. Yet GENMA continues to provide systematic technical training support—empowering the customer's team and ensuring safe, efficient equipment performance long after delivery.

The training was led by Nossa, a GENMA engineer from Colombia. He shared his thoughts on social media upon its completion:

"Seeing the commitment and growth of the trainees is deeply rewarding. Getting to know and work with a team of such professional and human quality is truly priceless. As a facilitator, I've also learned a great deal from them—while contributing, wherever possible, to process improvements focused on safety and quality in port operations."

Six years, across oceans and continents. GENMA doesn't just deliver reliable equipment—we deliver lasting partnerships. And we prove it through action: partnerships begin with delivery, but they never end there.
