1、為什么不能混油？

不同品牌的液壓油即使粘度等級相同，添加劑配方也可能不同。混合后可能發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)：

? 產(chǎn)生沉淀，堵塞濾芯

? 添加劑失效，導(dǎo)致氧化、腐蝕

? 消泡性變差，產(chǎn)生氣蝕

2、新油也要過濾

無論補(bǔ)充還是更換液壓油，必須記住，由于新液中包含有大量污染物，因此不適合直接注入液壓系統(tǒng)。新油從生產(chǎn)到使用經(jīng)歷運輸、儲存，可能被污染。所以注入前必須通過過濾器（孔徑符合系統(tǒng)要求）。

3、更換周期與用量

根據(jù)手冊，液壓油更換周期為2000小時（首次更換可參考具體工況）。整機(jī)液壓油用量約2000升（具體以各系列設(shè)備型號為準(zhǔn)）。更換時務(wù)必清洗油箱，防止殘留污染物。要注意的是：

? 油位低于MIN標(biāo)記時補(bǔ)充

? 通過加油口過濾網(wǎng)或外置過濾泵加注

? 加注后運行2分鐘再檢查油位

別混、別臟、別超期——記住這三點，液壓系統(tǒng)才能長久穩(wěn)定運行。

If the hydraulic system is the “vascular system” of a GENMA machine, then hydraulic oil is its “blood.” To keep that blood healthy, remember three rules: No mixing. No contamination. No overdue. Let’s break them down.

1. Why no mixing?

Even if two hydraulic oils have the same viscosity grade but come from different brands, their additive packages may differ. Mixing them can trigger chemical reactions that:

? Form precipitates, clogging filter elements

? Break down additives, leading to oxidation and corrosion

? Reduce foam control, causing cavitation

2. New oil still needs filtration

Whether you're topping up or doing a full change, never pour new oil directly into the system. New oil can pick up contaminants during transport and storage. Always filter it through a unit with the correct micron rating before it goes into the tank.

3. Change intervals and quantities

According to the manual, hydraulic oil should be changed every 2,000 hours (the first change may vary by operating conditions). Total system volume is approximately 2,000 liters (check your specific model). When changing, be sure to clean the tank thoroughly. Also keep in mind:

? Top up when the level drops below the MIN mark

? Add oil through the filler strainer or an external filter pump

? Run the system for 2 minutes, then recheck the level

No mixing. No contamination. No overdue. Stick to these three rules, and your hydraulic system will run reliably for the long haul.
